RelaxMix Terms and conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and callmepickle ("we", "us"), about your use of the RelaxMix app and this website. By installing or using RelaxMix you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use RelaxMix.
Who can use RelaxMix
You must be at least 18 years old to use RelaxMix.
Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, or remove any notices from it, except where the law gives you that right.
Sounds
The sounds in RelaxMix come from Pixabay and are used under the Pixabay Content License. They are made available to you only to be played inside the app. You may not extract, copy, record, sell or redistribute the sounds apart from the app, or use them in your own products.
Our property
The app, its design and code, and the way it layers, positions and times sounds belong to us or our licensors. The RelaxMix name and logo are ours or used with permission, and you may not use them in a way that suggests you are connected to or endorsed by us. Parts of the app are built with open-source software, which remains under its own licences.
Not medical advice
RelaxMix is made to help you relax, focus and fall asleep. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have trouble sleeping or any health concern, speak to a qualified professional. Do not rely on RelaxMix in an emergency.
Listening safely
Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones, and do not use RelaxMix where you need to hear your surroundings, such as while driving or crossing a road. You use the app at your own risk.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send you news and reminders. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Pre-release and changing features
Some versions of RelaxMix are made available for testing and may contain errors. We may add, change or remove features, or stop providing the app, at any time. RelaxMix is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future, and if we do, we will not charge you for anything without your agreement.
Third-party services
RelaxMix relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Ending your use
You can stop using RelaxMix at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the app.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, RelaxMix is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use RelaxMix. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months and USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. If you keep using RelaxMix after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about RelaxMix. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any right to rely on the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.
